Cancellation Policy – Treatments

More of a courtesy policy between us. If I need to cancel or reschedule I will give you a minimum of 3 hours notice so I therefore ask the same of you.

Punctuality; Classes & Treatment

I fully respect both your time and mine so highly recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes early. Late arrival for treatment may result in a reduction of your time with no change to price. Late arrival for class is a distraction for all involved and I reserve the right to refuse you late entry (in this event a refund will not be issued). Please DM with ample notice if you believe you are going to be late.

Class Cancellation Policy

If I am unable to teach class and a substitute teacher cannot be found then the cost of the class will be refunded.

Paying for Treatment

The price you were advised at the time of booking will not change. Payment is due the day before, a reminder will be sent by SMS. Payment is by BACS.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be arranged for any treatment or workshop, with a 3 month expiry as standard. Once payment is received (usually by BACS) I create a personalised certificate which will be emailed to you. This is all arranged via email.

In the event of illness

If you are feeling unwell, nauseous or dizzy, are sneezing or coughing, have a temperature or a new cold/flu symptom I would expect you to reschedule your appointment and to not attend class. Passing any illness or virus to me could potentially endanger my other clients, as well as directly impacting my ability to work, which as a self-employed person can be very challenging financially. I sincerely appreciate your cooperation with this.

Booking & Paying for Classes

Is done directly with Jo after an initial phone conversation to discuss your needs / schedule. Class size is set at a maximum of 5 participants. Booking and payment is by the month, with a minimum class commitment.
